Making Spoons At RCRCD
Come and create art for a cause. Make clay spoons with artist Rebecca Waring-Crane and learn more about Child Food Insecurity and what's being done to address it in the city of Riverside.
Wear comfy clothes. Bring your own water bottle.
Optional: Bring a friend, an apron. and a bandana that will be used to roll clay.
Materials provided. If you have your own tools for working with clay, feel free to bring them.
NOTE: All clay spoons made will be part of a growing art installation. Participants gain skill, but leave all completed work for the project: EMPTY.
This is a free workshop. Please register by October 20, 2023 so we can accommodate everyone attending.
